1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. Cost: $5.00
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days. Cost: $10.00
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100.00 (Standard Shipping only).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen and the destination of your order.

3. International Shipping

  • Availability: At this time, we cannot ship internationally. We can only shipi throughout the United States. 

4. Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or delays in customs processing.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

  • Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or global events. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to legal or regulatory reasons.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service at info@foreversummer.co. We will assist you in locating your package and, if necessary, file a claim with the carrier.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your shipment. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • As of right now we cannot accept returns of exchanges, only damaged or incorrect orders

  • We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, so please review it periodically.
